Short of complaining to CASE, the next best thing is to let the entire SBF community knows about the house and the fuck up service provided by the WL. I think ultimately they are here to make money and if we as "consumer" refuse to patronize the house and her services then I am sure sooner or later she has to buck up. Btw more effective for you to post this in the GL thread, at least GL cheongster can read up and be informed of this.
