Everytime I want to ask a girl out she say not free...

How can we understand each other when we don't get together?
and if we don't understand each other, how can we be together?

like that I am walking in circle..

sick of talking in sms and msn...

That's the thing with people nowadays. Too much msn and sms. Just pick up the phone and call her!!!!
Not free today, tomorrow then ask her when? Next week, next month? Let her know that she's worth the wait without pressuring her. No EMO. Make the date!

Let me translate "Zha-Fit" meaning In Control or Dorminant :D

not forgetting, if in normal sms/msn conversations can argue already, chances are, these type of girls will be hard to click with even in real-time conversations.
when viewpoints are different as friends, is going to be hard to progress to couple stage.

I guess it is harder to understand why some guys just dont get it ... if the girls reject your date, - have their reasons for it, be it timing - just got a new bf, be it that she is not short of date partners, be it she not comfortable, be it your writing style did not interest her, be it anything ..... BUT very likely she dont like you :p

Anyway just keep her in your contact list, once a while ask ask and wait for the right timing.

Brother, you are not alpha enough to capture a woman. Basically you need to flirt but dont ask her out. Get her to think she is not at your level. She will throw hints for you to ask her out. Then you just say I have some time if you wnat to join me or I will be there at say 5 to 6 for dinner and you can have dinner with me. Imply that there are lots of other woman desiring to go out with you and she should get on your schedule to have a chance at romance. Other way is to have the confidence to just say we are going. Women llike confidence not some twit scared to ask her out.
