Xiao Juan is a 26-year-old woman living in Weining (Guizhuo Province). On the night of Jun 27, she and her boyfriend went to their friend’s birthday party. Deeply hurt and upset, Xiao Juan went to her boyfriend and cried. She told everything to her boyfriend and went to the police to report the man for raping her. But it is hard to define whether it should be rape or not because the man did not have sex with her against her will.

Reminds me of an incident happened to me last year...
Went to a chalet with my gf... It was our common friend's birthday party...
After much persuading, decided to stay over for the night...

Of course as usual, we played games and drink... There were a total of 5 of us staying... 2 couple (birthday's girl and her bf), another common friend of ours, and us (me and gf)...

England's law for reference -

I find this incident hard to believe.

I wont fuck someone without any foreplay and during the foreplay would have found out he isnt my bf...unless I am so wasted and if so I would have vomitted so badly he wont even touch me
