print, publish or distribute any information that is intended to promote conduct that would constitute an offence under section 376C, or to assist any other person to engage in such conduct.[8]

A person who is guilty of the offence may be punished with imprisonment of up to ten years, or a fine, or both.[9]

I think the above underline will apply to TS....
