What is most depressing to a man?
As a man in 40s, I have gone thru different situations. Family problems, financial problems, health problems...
I find the most depressing moment to be the time when u experience for the first time, the effects of ED. Just imagine, u are in bed with a hot chick and making out. U got her pussy all wet and she's feeling high. At the moment that u want to enter her, yr lil bro goes limp. Whatever u do or the girl does also cannot revive it. That was the most depressing experience for me. Just want to share about this and see any bros feel the same way. |

I also have the problem. Sometimes my penis don't stiff (limp). After some foreplay, my penis is get erection. But after sometime, it become limp:mad:. A bad comment or response from my sexual partner, will directly make my penis doesn't work anymore.
When I can have a full erection, premature ejaculation's never hapen (not a problem in this situation). Only erection problems. I try viagra, but not very helpfull. Yes maybe must do exercise like Sam said. My cholesterol level's high, maybe also have effect on this. |

Braddah, try yoga and meditation. Sex is also a form of stress release but you should try yoga and meditation first.
