any chances of having ipo for sbf in future down the road?

might be better then putting my $ in fb..

Very complicated - many disclosures. Probably impossible to get Lead Manager, Underwriter etc. Also most likely will be rejected by SGX - if in Singapore. Deloitte Advisory on Public Listing in Singapore (if interested): http://www.deloitte.com/assets/Dcom-...g-Aug%2008.pdf

IPO / Sponsorship are different. IPO results in more shareholders and profit sharing. Will SBF sponsors get to share profits??

:p Anyway Sammyboyfor is rich. No need $$$ to expand and spread profit. Appreciate Boss' comment/clarification.
