Based on your experiences overseas, do you think keeping a strong commitment to one's appearance and dressing matters to women (around the world)? And, how critical is that, in scoring a ONS, building a relationship or just as FBs?

Basic courtesy to always be well groomed and presentable.

Definitely helps in scoring with the ladies! ;)
