I have a question that I wanted to ask for some time now. I've search google and even talked to a friend but still don't get the answer I want.

You see I feel very horny, in fact very very horny after a 10km run. During my rest days (no running) I don't feel like musturbating but everytime after a run, while on the way back hm, I feel the urge, feel like quickly getting back hm to pcc. Sometimes can 3 shots in 2 hr.

And during my leg tuina with a master I also asked him abt me taking 1hr to shoot. He said it is good. from the various posting in this forum, the most common timing is 15-20 min to shoot. So you see why I am worry?

I agree with you bro. I don't run as much as you but once I exercised, I will feel exceptionally horny. Even my best "friend" feels harder when erected.

I guess after any form of cardio exercises, our blood circulation improves so we feel more oomph in our horniness. :)

My theory (not scientific, and did not find a research on this) - Exercise produce Endorphins which give you the feel good, and also Dopamine which is associate with orgasm. Running also means that your lil bro is in constant rubbing action with your shorts (again depends on your attire).

Bro, this is so true. I sometimes do feel horny after a swim (around 10-15 laps) at the pool below my condo. Sometime when I am resting after a swim and see those expatriate chio bu staying at the opp block wearing bikini (especially this girl that always wear black bikini)on a sat afternoon, my dick always tend to salute. I have the same issue, but did not take that long to "shoot" in the act of pcc or sex after exercise - it is great!... But don't put too much pressure on yourself to climax/cum/perform, just go with the flow with your partner...

Continue with your exercise regimen and your sex... not too much and not too little just for the right balance?

I only cover up on the way back coz it's near the mrt and lots of people.

When at the park I am only too happy to be looked at :D.
I relized there's these group of maids who love to stare when I am doing my warm up stretching exercise. If the weather is not too hot, I'll time my run to be 5-530pm, that's when the maids from the near by hdb and condo come out to walk the dogs and pushing prams. I don't mind them using their eyes to molest me :D
