Enquiry about "Underage" girls.
 

First off, I'm not very familiar with the law of Singapore regarding underage sex.
And I definitely do not want to be incriminated for something I have not done/did not plan to do.

I have 2 questions, number one being: What actually is the legal age for a girl to have consensual sex in Singapore, NOT an escort, NOT paid services. I heard it's 16 but some of my friends said 18.

Second: Is it illegal if a 16 year old girl sends nude pictures to you. Is that considered child pornography?

So for example, logically speaking, having a 16 year old girl send you nude photos isn't as bad as penetrating a 16 year old girl right? I'm really confused as to what is legal/illegal. Someone please enlighten me.

all is fine till the girl makes a report to police. below 16 is statutory. 18 is for commercial. 21 for people? sending nudes is under sexual grooming and child porno. In jail if u have commit and offence to a minor. you are everyone's bitch and are considered Scum and time in jail will be hell.

As above, everything will be fine as long as there's no report. No payment consensual sex is 16 and up. Pictures you better wait till she's 18. But if she sends you without you asking, you're not doing anything wrong :)

In the glorious United States of America : a child can legally be registered as a sex offender if he takes pictures of childself naked or performing any sexy acts ...... :rolleyes:

so yeah that's pretty fucked up if you take a pic of your own sausage or oyster to send to your OMG I LOVE YOU SO MUCH DEARIE LETS LOVE FOREVER and you get registered as sexy offender ....

so it is considered child molestation if underages masturbate? :D

Just don't pay for sexual acts for girls below the age of 18:)
