Hello people, I'm quite new in this forum so pardon me if I offend any of you guys.

As you see I have a friend's 21st bday coming. He is my best bro so I'm willing to spend above average budgets.
However, there are so many recommendations and I can't make up my mind.
I'll appreciate if any bros around here can intro some happening ktv and decide for me :D oh ya ya and massage palour as well which I totally have no idea about it.
