I have encountered problems when I have sex with my wife and hope you all can advise me.

When have sex with my wife, my 2IC cannot tahan long maybe 3-5mins it soften. I worried I lose interest in my wife, sometimes when we have sex we will watch porn, but then also cannot last. Sometime eat Viagra but 1-2 hours after food also no use and I heard if eat vigra must eat without food then can perform?

I watch a lot of porn and handjob very often almost once a day. Could this be the problem?

I nv fark around, only sometimes go massage then the girls do HJ for me.

What can I do to sustain during sex? I want to make my wife pregnant but like very hard.

erectile dysfunction is common among older men and go exercise if you are overweight..
viagra isnt the only drug to treat ed...try other like levitra or cialis, it is however important to seek
professional help instead of getting those drugs from unknown source esp those from the internet.

I think you are suffering from erectile dysfunction. I do have some mild problem on this too. Tried many different type of ED pills it work but side effect quite bad. Body ached, block nose, blur vision and also headches. Going to try one new types one soon. If good, will recommand you here.

Ask yr wife to do sexy massage for u & let yr manhood feel hard. Ask her to PCC on yr didi. Maybe it help.

I am not a doctor, but I have done some reading on this topic.

Sometimes ED is a psychological instead of physical problem. A very simple test for ED is to see if your penis is hard in the morning which I believe most bros encounter daily.

IF if it hard in the morning, that means congrats, no problem with your body. Mental causes includes watching too much porn. The solution is to stop watching porn, because it makes real life sex less arousing.

Otherwise, if really ED due to physical cause, I advise you to see a doctor.

Do keep in mind to eat and live healthy for a good sexual performance!

Bro,

Beside taking V, try to change lifestyle. Exercise, relax and avoid fatty stuffs.

Some ginseng supplements might help to boost up. This is according to my GP.

The medical approach to erectile dysfunction is rather straightforward:

I have some friends who had tried tcm with good results.
Generally they are given mild accupuncture (not sure which areas thought), and are given oral TCM for a period of 1 to 2 weeks.
Follow up are also necessary as TCM aims to fix the root of the cause.
