i am considering hosting couple, swing couples and same room sex (not for gangbang or orgy anymore since these usually involve payment which complicate matters and others think i am earning) twice a week at my home. rationale for twice a week is this will not be too intrusive on my other activities and give me time to wash and dry the bedsheet and pillowcases so will have fresh set for use during each hosting. looking at tuesday 6:30pm to 8:30pm and sunday late morning or early afternoon.

while i have nothing against smokers or smoking in open spaces, i cannot stand cigarette smoke so lighting of cigarette in my home means immediate end to all activities and leaving of all visitors.

hosting advantages include total privacy as identities need not be revealed like when booking hotel room, or even meeting colleagues or neighbours or friends or relatives at the hotel lobby or entrance. saving on hotel room cost is also an advantage though i believe it is less of an issue compared to privacy or bumping into people you know.

in return for these advantages, i will peep discreetly so nobody need to feel shy. there will not be any recording by me or visitors. i will attach photos to show how the discreet peeping is done.

all appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. the person must up me also. i was zapped twice, first one +20 to from-6, second one to-6 to -6-11, for my correct predictions on a teenager sugarbaby. since cannot up after zapping, must up me as evidence that you are not the person who zap me. i do not know who zap me as they have not enough balls to leave names.

can only peep through millimeter-gap at door, discreet and not noticeable so nobody need to be shy.

there is a small gap because door lock knob is turned before closing door.

if door is closed then knob is turned it means locking the room the normal way and not allowing peeping.

my hosting is fully free, not doing it to earn money but to support bros and sis and enjoy watching live sex show. but to ensure conditions are adhered to, $50 deposit is taken, fully refunded if peeping is allowed and sticking to two hours and strictly no smoking. if peeping is not allowed, deduct $30 from deposit. if exceed timing by half hour, deduct $10 from deposit as i ask visitors to leave. if smoking, entire $50 deposit forfeited. no such problems if we all play by the pre-stated terms and conditions.
