2.2k = once a week on sat afternoon, 4 sessions in total .
SD should be Gentle and friendly. Would like the SD to commit to $500 deposit , $500 will be forfeited if the agreement ends before 6 mths is up. $500 will be refunded once the agreement lasts beyond 6 months.


Location should only be in hotel room. Meetup first also to understand each other's needs and character is very essential.

I didn't know there can be so many conditions. Very disadvantageous to the client...

You can also think for yourself whether it is a con job or not. Con pple $$, singapore so small, she as a local, go out also scared. get blacklist or harassed , earn 1 time $$ and have her conscience feel bad. I dont think she wants that. we are all singaporeans. of course understand that law protects her, but she already have a baby, and she has the mature mentality.

She is definitely 101% sincere and genuine.

I also cant stop you and say its not a scam because nobody knows what is going on because there is no posting reputation behind my account.

but its best to keep an open & mature mind in order to understand everything before coming to a conclusion.

I suppose in business world, there should be grounds for negotiations. Since the seller had already lay down their terms, it's now up to the buyer to decide whether to accept or to negotiate. Not saying this is a hoax, but really weird to lay down so many terms, moreover, she is the one looking for SD.

Her terms sounds fine for a single mummy.. However.. Who are you to her? Ask her come and reply. If ppl pm, should be her responding instead. No feel of the actual person at all. And Sounds like going through agent. Some ppl may just want to help her. Like offering free milk powder or diapers.
