I think TS is referring to MLs who market their services via the online platform.

If you go to HC-pay for massage first and can reject girl if not suitable- and ask shop for another person.Other things you can have time to decide based on your interaction with the person.

Online, can reject also, but have to make calls/travel for replacement.
If don't reject, and service no good, end up paying for both massage and other services.
