I used to surf on full juicy version. Suddenly it went to mobile version. Is there a way to default back to full juicy version?

i dont think there is a way, unless u do not clear your cache.

At the bottom left hand corner, there is a drop down menu for various skins

Choose "Lightweight for Mobiles"

It happened to me too - you need to clear your cache, close the app entirely and reopen. It will work.

You don't need to do that. Just choose the mobile skin.
