check with fellow bros gals jus 16 have sex considered underage? heard recently govt push it to 18, below 18 consider underage. pls advised. Tks:confused:

Consensual Sex with > 16 is legal. But sex involving $ with girl below 18 is not legal once the new law takes effect. Thats how I interpret.

he is right on the new law. abt sex with gals under 18 tat involved $.
he's wrong (and this is where ALL the ppl here got it wrong) is the legal age for consent sex in sillypore.

the legal age for consent sex in sg is NOT 16, BUT 16 + 6 mths.
so that means, if a gal have just pass her 16th birthday for 1 or 2 days, and u have sex with her after she gave her consent, u will be charged for having sex with a minor.

but if she had passed her 16th bd for 6 mths already, and u have sex with her after she agree, you will not be charged.

trust me on this.(i have 1st hand experience)
many ppl tot as long as 16 is ok already.
but it's actually 16 + 6mths yrs old.

Tats a tricky one, its nvr been mention in papers b4, as they always quote 16 and above. But wat makes it + 6mths? makes them more matured??? haha...anyway silly law in sillypore.............so the new law oni affect pay $$ to below 18, not consent sex.........tks to tos bro advice

Any age below 16 will definitely be charged in court irregardless of consensus or not. Between the age of 16-18, you'll still be charged if the parents lodge a report against you. Above 18 is the safest as the parents cannot report against you as it's classified as of legal age. ;)
