this one recently very common. start off with a sweet chat. then tell you they need money they can offer services in return for a very "low" rate but have to transfer first. most probably a scam. 2cents worth of thoughts.

Their scam tactics nv change. This had been reported on CrimeWatch before. Recently, C.L.I.F 4 also uses this as part of their story plot. Still so many Kam Lan Kia kana scam.
