Wanted to share an FR but cannot find a matching thread.

I'm in Village Hotel Changi and when tried to browse Sams Forum by entering sbfsg.net, it shows

Update: if enter samsforum.com, it works :D

In the thread "International Field Reports", I cannot find SG and KL. I don't find a thread called "Local Field Report" either. My searches also doesn't return such an FR thread for SG and KL. Can advise which thread is best to share FRs (and also read) for SG and KL?
