Still unable to edit message: block, center, add link / pic , size, smiley etc.

A big table table pops up showing a html table called "vBulletin 3.8.10 Debug Information " during log in and log out and page refresh

Its at the bottom of the webpage

It shows all the hooks called and included files and templates used
