Private message says 1 unread
 

In the main screen there is a notification that I have a private message but when I open the inbox there are no new unread messages.

Can anyone help?

You have not read the one that you received this morning.

it is either u have not read the PM or there is a friend request.... you need to click on the incoming friend request and then accept or cancel that request

Hi boss, I read the PM this morning already but now it still shows 1 notification for “unread private messages” and I’m sure I’ve read everything in my mailbox.

There are no incoming friend requests.

Now is says 2 privatemessages unread but I haven’t received anything new or unread on my mailbox.

Is this a glitch?

what does your notification show? is it all 0

It shows:

Your notifications: 2

Unread private notifications: 2

The rest like incoming friend requests etc are all nil.

However when I open the inbox there is no unread messages.

Can any mods help please?

what browser are u using and what extension do u have in their browser? see if clearing your browser cache helps..
if it still doesnt work then pm sam and ask him to get his tech team to check....mod cant do much

I’m using the normal safari on my iPhone.

I checked your in box and it shows two unread messages.

Boss I don’t see the unread messages like in your picture.

And worst thing is now it shows 3 u read messages in the notifications but nothing new in my inbox!

I honestly cannot find anything wrong because the number of unread messages shown matches what I can see in your inbox.

Have you tried a different browser?

Hi boss, I sorted it out already, cleared everything in my browser and relogged in.
