Can help me to see whether do I have risk for HIV?

Btw I will go blood test soon.

I do not have any high risk sex intercourses, oral sex or other .

Only Massage, sucking and licking the lady nipple but I got a small ulcer (no bleeding) in my mouth. Only worries she got breast milk while sucking and licking her nipple

Handjob from the lady. A close mouth lip kiss (One time) and she licking my nipple (no bleeding or cut) less then 5 Secs . I only worried the lady got any wound or bleeding in her mouth

Not a medical professional... but quick google... " Breast milk contains HIV, and while small amounts of breast milk do not pose significant threat of infection to adults, it is a risk for infants."

So low risk. Unless u want a piece a mind, by all means go test it out.
