theres are many types of bia om (ktv) in Hcmc,and majority of them does not have a ktv license.at certain bia om where their customers are 99% Vietnamese,the operators does not have the ktv system in the room bcos the Vnese customers go there mainly for the women and drinks,furthermore,the room charge will be higher if singing of ktv is requested.
from my experience,bia om that does not have ktv singing system in the room are usually those that offer FJ in the room upstairs,therefore the customers dont really have the time to sing
