Dongbei joints expenses is half of Shanghai (lower standard joints) , quite affortable if u are already used to shanghai expenses!
Do not expect high standards from the normal joints, except of course there are nite club standards which your wallets must be heavy.
Lately i spend alot of time in Haerbin and Shenyang and those little lesser known cities n towns, i like the food but not the weather!
Go there n get a permenant dongbei meimei as a gf then save alot, haha, just kidding!
