So for this example the mark up cost between Prezis and LS/SD is +22%
Between Myrrh and LS/SD it's +25% this is what I call the gaijin tax. 
Not all things are equal though, so be careful when comparing.
Both Prezis and Myrrh have long daytime sessions alternatives available that can further lowers the cost, but for the example above I used there standard rates.
But FYI to compare- Prezis offer 4h for 50,000円 for session starting at 11.00am - finishing at 3.00pm
- Myrrh offer 5h for 50,000円 for session starting at 12.00pm - finishing at 5.00pm

I think instead of calling it a "gaijin tax" - you should call it a "not being able to speak Japanese" tax. Japanese speaking foreigners can get into any SM club and pay same prices as native Japanese.
There has even been a report or two here of fluent Japanese speaking foreigners getting into the suspected racist SADS clubs.
Another good thing about La Siora is that you can choose your own love hotel in Kabuki-Cho and some can be found for as little as 2500 for 3 hours.
I do believe Prezis is in Nishi-Azabu near Roppongi which has a much less selection of hotels. Also one thing that turns me off about Prezis is their small roster and that they seem to have very little turnover or new Mistresses join them.
On the other hand, La Siora's Queen Rie is always recruiting new Mistresses and never seems to go below a roster of 12 or so.
I personally love trying out new Mistresses.
