after many years of absence, i have started hanging out at viet joints a month ago. no idea why there are so many bad reviews about mask51 but i still think its the best among the rest. although i'm a newbie, i haven't had much prob entering or getting a decent table at different times. maybe try to avoid 11pm-12am. Yes, there was once when I was refused entry at about 11.30pm on a Fri nite due to fullhouse. The guy gave me a "bo hiu" look. No problem, i just moved on to UPub across the road. waiter service was better but gals standard worse than Mask51. Mask51 has more gals and better standard. At the end of the day, aren't we all there for the viet gals? If want customer service, I'd go to any normal pub/bar in the city.
