Checks are not so tough in the day and evening.. but then after midnight, there'll be a secruity guard by the lift waiting.... so i guess if u wanna bring lady friend back without getting caught, do it in the afternoon or near evening?
There was once when i stayed there and i've a "lady friend" who dropped by like 4am and was stopped by the secruity guard.. she calmly told him which room she stayed (my room) and quickly ran into the lift when he went to check my room registers..... thus saving me the "room fine"... hehe
ya, agreed the traffic sucks if u drive or take taxi... SUPER SUCKS... but then for tourists, its very convenient with the sky train station, ratchadewi.... and walking distance to mbk...
