While in Dongbei when we visited KTV, we are only allowed in since we are regulars and they knew us. Always got ppl outside on a watch with walkie talkie, KTV from the front all lights off and doors locked. Only upon when the watch radioed inside to signal clear then the door will be opened for us! Gals got escaped route too.
