hotel booking online is bad and rugi things, especially from agoda, on 28th my friend book hotel amir, say full and no room, what can you explain for them? i like book thru kaha and pay money direct. no room still can go back kaha scold them even can ban the door, thru agoda u want do what? no refund no anything, sleep roadside then tmr morning bogel at roadside.
