As mentioned , what one perceives as local rates might be what he thinks , true or not really depends , when he can say whatever he wants and as long as one is happy with what he is paying , what is stopping him?

Whether if it is local priced or not , it is up to the locals or at least people which has local knowledge to determine in the same way he deems whatever others are paying here isn't. Cheers.

Happy chionging to the rest here. Try to link up with this local , i do sincerely think he knows much much more about this country than probably other non local seniors here. He has share plenty with people here and probably most of the places we went were probably referred to us via him one way or another , so he is extremely knowledgeable on places quoted here.

Whether if he wants to meet you or not really depends on his mood and timing. So do make sure you be polite and sincere when you talk to him. I am pretty sure he won't be nasty unless you aren't sincere and have no wish to meet his terms and conditions.
