KTVs

I understand that Catwalk and Royale are the upmarket KTVs and will be more expensive but the good thing is that the mamasan and girls can converse in the mandarin or english, which is good because i cant converse in Viet.

166 have been raided so i dunno if it is still operating?

Fortune 1 and 2 are slightly cheaper than Catwalk and Royale, am i correct?

Since i will be staying in the Pham Ngu Lao area on my visit to HCMC, i understand that Catwalk and Royale are nearer while Fortune 1 and 2 will be about 10mins cab ride away.

In your opinion, for a group of 5 guys who dont speak Viet, will it be better to visit Catwalk and Royale or Fortune 1 and 2? For these places, do you happen to know any mamasan i can contact upon arrival?

Tips wise, i read that some places charge 120k per hour for the girls, 100k-300k tips for the mamasan, 200k for the manager, and 100k for the waiters while places like Catwalk charge 500k for the girls without butterfly. Are these charges still the market rate?

The LT for girls from these KTVs are in the range of 2million to 3 million, am i correct?

Massage

Massage wise i think Dai Nam and Vien Dong will be the most convenient for us. Which of these 2 would you recommend? Ticket price 120k for standard room, 300k tips for the girl. 500k tips if in VIP room. Is this still the market rate? Will the girl shower with me in the standard room or only in VIP room?
