if there is readily avail info repeated numerous times so as to prepare you and make you informed and you choose not to or are unable to access that info...i think that lable would be suitable after all your iq value is a measure of how much u know based on what your peers know who are same age background etc etc..as a simplified analogy..my 2 cents
