I think he knew that but just not happy w the girl services.
Maybe he overlook that word spread by girl n he will be marked as cheap Charlie by the joint's girls. Then if he does return to the joint , u can imagine what services he will get from the girls thinking he will not tip.
Not wise IMHO if he wants to get girls from the same joint again which has some cute girls according to him.
