Perhaps insecurity plays a part? The idea of "if i fuck you/let you fuck enough" then theres no need to fuck around outside? Then the next question will be "is there a desire for me in the 1st place?"
Every individual is different. I relieve stress by sexual release. She'll lose the mood to be intimate and would rather not be touched. Right now I'm working on arresting the stress bug for her even before it affects her. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.... All for the sake of having a release. I must add that I didn't need to work for it in the past. So to me this is a form of downhill which sometimes can be a demoralising thought.
