He can send the medicine there instead? Or he will contact his kakis in Vietnam who will send workmen based in Vietnam to repair her parents' house. What are the possible answers from his Vietnamese wife? Don't trouble yourself, just give the money? If she answers this, her husband should be suspicious right?
