3) During my 1st trip once reach harborbay terminal, a cab counter charge me 50k to city area, is it normal? Tats when the driver quote me 400k and i stupidly say yes.
4) Lastly, i only want book a overnight cewek no massage or ktv joint, can u recommend me some good ones?

Hi Bro,1st of all,my apologies for putting up your PM to me in public,but i find your questions a good learning material to all newbies heading to Batam,hence i put them up here. Out of respect to you,i have censored off your name as i believe when you PM,one of your wish is to remain anonymous.
Now,to answer your questions :
i Read your encounter in Batam and find you are luckier than me.Do not be afraid to make mistakes during 1st time travelling to another country. Who don't make mistakes? You only kena chop 400k in 2010 by taxi driver on your 1st trip,i kena more than 1 juta (1 million rupiah) when i hire a taxi for 2 days during my 1st solo trip. If you are heavily chopped,then i am in worse situation. But today i am almost 100% sure no taxi in Batam can ever chop me again for the rest of my Batam trip to follow. Read my guide on my signature (if you haven't) and you will understand why they are created for.
1. I still insist on Formosa for 1st timer due to safety reasons. 550k and 450k is abt S$11 apart,not a big difference. During your 2nd trip,you may wish to take taxi to Kaha (opp Harmoni hotel) to book formosa room at 455k. (compare 455k to 450k) When you are more familiar with going to Batam,then check other hotels or Kaha out.
2. If your hotel not centralised and plan to go to booking joint,always ask the taxi driver to drop you to some landmark of the joints and not the joints itself. Example ,if you want to go to Queens or Dynasty,ask taxi driver drop you at Formosa Hotel. Taxi drivers earns a commission between 100k to 200k each time when you book a girl at a joint they brought you to. (stats are from reading this thread & the girls i booked in Batam) So u are actually paying 100k to 200k extra for the girl u book. Some drivers may attempt to stalk you to your destination,so it's up to you to find reasons and excuses to get rid of him or just tell OKT that you don't come with driver when he name his price for the girl you wish to book.
3. 50k from Harbour Bay to city area is pretty much a norm today during weekends,i don't know about the market rate during 2010. I pay 40k from Harbour Bay to opposite Harmoni Hotel and then to Formosa Hotel during weekdays. My fren pay 50k from Harbour Bay to Formosa direct for both weekends and weekdays. I listed the price above base on 2014.
4. I am sorry bro,i don't attempt to remember any name of the girls i bang in Batam nor RTF them again,so i cannot recommend. Like 2 famous quotes in this thread (i believe any countries practice that too), "Batam is a hit & miss" & "one man's meat could be another man's poison"...everything depends on luck and your perspective over a situation or encounter. I like to bonk "Big Fat Old Ugly" Batam girls,do you? Really sorry that i cannot help you on this one.
Btw,i don't take sea food,don't go KTV or disco too.(i don't speak Malay or Indo) I have bros who PMed me ,read my guides multiple times and even went to the extend to print them out & bring it on their trip so they can navigate their trip better. One of the main reasons why the guide was created is becos being a newbie in Batam i make mistakes...and i share my findings in a guide form(or summary) so that other Batam newbies can refrain from making the same mistakes.
