i wasn't really into amulets initially. now i'm wearing a ganesha for "blocking" obstacles and also sivali for work purpose. i think if got another for metta will almost be perfect. thx again
Hi andyhalo,
no worries, i am glad to be of help.=)
Don't worry about all the names and 'technical' terms such as metta, phim, kreung lang, etc. It takes time to learn =)
Lord Ganesha is worn by many and often pray to first in Hindu rites as he is known to be the 'clearer' or remover of obstacles.

often you would hear people recommending Khun paen amulets for metta, thats one choice too, just don't get those with women, gumantong or chicken images on them. =)

I would suggest a Somdet as it is often chanted with all round protection, metta, etc.
Lastly, there are many somdet around, some affordable, some super expensive.
Good luck!
