While those who enjoy wine instead of show off, the true enjoyment starts with selecting the wine, holding it in your hands, reading the labels, and anticipating the taste of it, acidic, full bodied, long and slender legs... Then comes opening the bottle, and letting it breath, and observing the qualities of the wine as u swirl it in an appropriately shaped crystal, and at the right moment, sip it. Coupled the experience with good friends and jazz music, its simply heaven!
