the closest u can get to... if u have the money... is to book the small island in sentosa... the one the call the southern most tip of mainland asia. the one with the two obsevation towers.
i was at the beaches one of the sundays recently... and was told by a lifeguard friend that the island was booked for a private solemnisation event. donno how much the guy paid. a section of the lagoon (between the boundaries of that small island) was also closed to public. true enough at 4pm the public was told to stay away from the waters and asked to move to the other part of the waters.
