i guess dats the closest u can get to a private beach in singapore. u didnt mention about topless or nude sunbathing. but u never know. after all u will be having that small lil island to yourselves. so it might still be possible. not exactly on the beach where the public from the beach across the lagoon can see u. but maybe further inside away from the beach.

but anyway.. theres no harm in you trying to make an enquiry. after all i do believe dat anything is possible in singapore if u can afford it.
