The closest you can get to indulging in a nudist lifestyle is to book a villa in Bali with private pools... You can tan naked, swim naked and do other things naked... I do that at least once a year...
In Singapore, even if you find a private beach, there are Coast Guard patrols and they have powerful binoculars...
