best time to go is on weekdays, after 12am....avoid weekends, due to boliao people sightseeing, and many sisters will not go on weekends because of said people ogling/disturbing. sister friends told me themselves...also coz some of them take the weekend to go nightspots to relax.
but thats not to say your shouldn't go on weekends...still got many roaming..
