Vietnam is generally a tipping country...many of them actually depends on tippings for living bcos of their low salary..well,if they have did what they deserve,then a little bit of tippings to them which doesn't affect us might light up their day as that might be their bread and butter for tomorrow.
security at clubs will guide u to the toilet even if u dont tips them bcos thats their job..but it is always gd to give them some as gd gesture..
how much i tips will depends on how many security guards are around and the size of my grp..if its 1-2 guards and my grp size is more then 5..i will give 100k to each and without fail they will be happy enough..
people make mistakes and learn from it.. just move on and dont repeat again...
