Sixt is good. Pickup/dropoff from airport so no extra airport transfer charges, good new cars, 24/7 help hotline just in case your car break down or you got into an accident. And yea, cheapest I've found anywhere.

If you're into picking up non-working uni chicks it's way easier if you have a car
