Actually best city to retire is depending on where you build your family and love one......no point retire in a cheap nice city and yet all alone at home. Go and find a right wife, make some nice kids and that will be your best retire home/city/country.
Once a while if need to cheong, can just fly to neighbouring city/country like Pattaya, Bkk, CP (too bad is dead now), JKT or even VN etc....
