been a lover for viet.. i finally found someone whose meant for me..
I know it's kinda weird but could I seek a couple of advice from you bros in vietnam?
My BX and me are thinking of taking over the coffeeshop that her uncle is intending to sell.
What's the market rate like to take over in HCM? I heard it's not those places like D1 or D5 .. it's some rural areas..
