I am actually replying to slave.Alan but cannot find his post . I don't think you can categorize into 2 groups . I personally am the first and a third group . For the first I love the pain of suffocation under the Mistress or my neck squeezed between her thighs. For the third group I have a sensual and sexual satisfaction of for example being fed chewed up food spat into my mouth or cleaning her ass which does not involve pain or humiliation for me, only pure pleasure .
