Just go to a local doc n say ur Didi cannot stand, that's all.
Only ask if u got heart,or hypertension. He still gives but a lower dosage. Max 12 per mths. It help in ur situation, it be harder n last longer...1st time shy bcos of girl nurse but after that, no problem...go ahead n see a local doc. Dont get it in JB!
