well...anyone staying in Hcmc will know that discos operate as usual...no disco will close at 12am...even live band club operates until 12.30am.
but as mentioned before,certain clubs famous to be patronised by druggies might have spot check as 99% of the clubs will be farking packed..so do look after ownself if going clubbing..
