few minutes ago):
1) Tried to up
(bossy) first -
OK (
but did not up).
2) Tried to up
pangsc but
cannot. Same message again: ""You have given out too much reputation in the last 24 hrs, try again later."
3) Gave up and upz
(bossy)
Any possible reasons
why cannot Upz pangsc ?
Will give up trying to upz pangsc .
