With the demise of Chang Ping, I’ve learned that van transport to the Hong Kong airport has deteriorated with them going all over the place first before heading out. Worse, Customs clearance on both sides of the border have become more strict/subject to stringent checks/time consuming as there had been recent cases of smugglers using vans getting caught.
To have a better handle on your travel timing, you could try using the direct train to Hunghom - HK$145, approx. 70 minutes,

and switch to airport bus A21 (HK$33, approx. 75 minutes).
Quite relaxing and you get a city tour of Hong Kong on the way!
